BY ACCESSING AND USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND AND ABIDE BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY.
Rights to Contents. The Website is owned and operated by Company. The content of the Website, including but not limited to any trademarks, designs, logos, text, images, audio and video materials on the Website, is the exclusive intellectual property of Company or its affiliates (the "Company IP"), unless otherwise stipulated in writing. Company IP is protected under applicable laws around the world, and under international treaties – in particular under copyright and trademark laws. All such rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, post on any other website, republish, upload, encode, modify, translate, publicly perform or display, commercially exploit, distribute or transmit any material on this Website or make any derivative works from this Website in any way without Company’s express prior written consent. Although the Website may be accessed from anywhere in the world, it may describe products or services that are not available in every country.
